My main goal leading a team is to develop a friendly framework where creativity can thrive. I believe that feeling comfortable is the key to unlocking the potential of each one of us. I also believe in horizontal teams where leadership is shared between members and all decisions are made in consensus.
For the last 8 years I've been focused on digital product design, using Human Centered Design as a methodology and, in most cases, the Double diamond design process. This led me to dig deep into the scientific approach to design, in both research, testing, and data analytics.
My main transition from offline designer to digital product was as a UX/UI designer. Working hand to hand with developers gave me many best practices to approach digital interfaces. Then, working and learning from researchers and service designers pushed me into leading the whole design process.
